THE LISTENING: WEEKS 1 - 3

NOVEMBER 4 - 10, 2018: OBSERVE & LISTEN.

  1. Stop thinking, stop doing, and begin listening to the change.

  2. Listen to the emotions that arise in your stillness when reflecting upon this change. What do they want to express?

  3. When the change arises in dialogue with your people, listen to how you speak of it and how your body responds.

  4. Take note of what comes through in your listening this week. Observe patterns of repetition in your thoughts & emotions.
