WELCOME TO NOVEMBER, FRIENDS!
November is a time for continued release and to gather — within ourselves and with each other — in gratitude for the abundance we HAVE.
When we are present to the life we have, we begin to cultivate more of the life we want.
Continue to courageously shed what isn’t meant for you. Reframe your perspective by looking at what you actually have rather than what you lack. Gather your resources, take stock of your values, and take action for your highest good. Let the heaviness you’re carrying fall, friends.
Two months left in this year and oodles of time—yes, I wrote oodles just for you—to show up in your life rather than let it pass you by. We needn’t wait until January to begin again.
Begin now. Be present. All we have is this moment. Engage the beliefs and behaviors that serve you right now and courageously choose to release the rest.
1. What am I currently resisting?
2. What will bring me more peace?
3. What will I cultivate this month?
4. What will ground me to stay present when my mind starts past- or future-tripping?
5. How can this month be one of gratitude in practice rather than profession?
6. What do I need to gather within myself to show up for this practice?
Share anything you’d like from your reflection in the comments below. We’d love to hear from you as we settle into November together. 🍁🍂
