Our body will tell the truth. Our mind will tell the lie.
— The Courage Practice

I used to think chakra energy was a little too woo for my blood. When experiencing health challenges in my twenties, I began to observe a strong, undeniable connection between the origin of my ill health and that of its chakra energy center.

Energy is the lifeblood of our bodies in every sense and system. Yet I had chosen to neglect a core element of my energy simply because I couldn’t understand it.

This valuable lesson led me deeper into studying chakra energy and its connection to my health and life contribution.

I now enjoy collaborating with others in exploring their own chakra energy, its wisdom, and its connection to their unique courage in practice.
