Breathing Space | Live is a monthly gathering for women and women+

who are craving room to return to themselves.

It’s for the ones who are tired of being “on,” tired of producing,

tired of overriding their own breath to meet life’s demands.

What can I expect?

In each virtual gathering, we move through a gentle somatic practice—a guided way back into the

body. Nothing performative or demanding. Just presence. Just permission.

Breath work, grounding touch, sensory check-ins, subtle movement—all designed to support a reconnection with what’s most alive and most tender in you.

There will be reflection. There will be stillness. And sometimes an energetic forecast.

There will be room to feel and to soften.

You don’t have to perform here. You don’t have to explain.

You just get to be.
