IFS stands for Internal Family Systems, a unique healing modality used in both therapeutic and coaching practices. IFS focuses on the whole Self and all our interior parts that make up our innermost life & influence our holistic wellbeing.

Holistic coaching services average six months for the Integration series, a year for the Expansion series, and 18 months for the best-selling Embodiment series.

That said, we do not rush you in your practice.

This is an investment in you holistically -- excavating deep conditioning and roots of belief to create something new takes more than a few months.

Following completion of the Embodiment series, clients may apply for annual retainer services for themselves and/or their businesses should it align with their continued goals as well.
