To the One who Longs to Reclaim Their Power

Dearest friend,

You already know the way.

Not in the way the world has told you to know. Not in the way that demands logic before longing, evidence before instinct, permission before power. But in the marrow-deep way, in the quiet-knowing way, in the way your breath catches on truth when it tremors inside you.

The world may have taught you to second-guess, to scan the room before speaking, to measure your worth in approval ratings and palatable offerings. But you—oh, you—were never meant to be a diluted version of yourself. You were meant to be the whole thing. The fullness of who you are, unabridged. Not because you have nothing left to heal, but because you have everything within you already to rise as you are.

Healing is not the prerequisite to power; it is simply the practice of returning to it.

There will be days when fear will whisper that you are not ready. When hesitation will dress itself as wisdom and try to keep you safe in the known. When the world will hand you a script you never agreed to, hoping you will read the lines and not remember you were born to write your own.

But listen—your inner wise one already holds the map. You will recognize your courage when you return to the truth of things within you.

It has never left. It has only been waiting for your arrival.

The difference between your intuition and your hesitation is this: intuition will never be loud, yet it will feel true. It will be steady, unwavering, a quiet presence that knows without the need to convince. Hesitation and anxiety, on the other hand, will arise with restless energy, beckoning you to listen to your fear instead of the still, deep voice within that grounds you, steadies you, no matter what the truth may be.

Learning to tell the difference is not about silencing fear, but about choosing which voice to trust.

This is your time. Not someday, not when it feels convenient, not when you think you’ve perfected your readiness. Now. Now is your courage era. Now is when you reclaim the seat at your own table, when you remember that no one else gets to decide the rhythm of your becoming. Now is when you step forward—not because you are without fear, but because you are walking with it, eyes open, heart steady, voice clear.

Trust yourself. Trust the pull, the ache, the knowing.

It is not here to mislead you; it is here to bring you home. And when you falter, as all of us do, remember: power is not a performance. It is a practice. And every moment you choose to return to yourself, you are already rising.

With you in this practice,

Practice Postscript

  • The Reflection:

Where in my life have I mistaken fear for wisdom? How can I discern the difference between hesitation and intuition?

  • The Everyday Practice:

Stand in front of a mirror, look into your own eyes, and say: “I trust you.” Say it again. And again. Until you feel the truth of it settle in your bones.

  • The Question to Carry Forward:

  • What within me already knows the way?
