To the One Who’s Still Orbiting Their Truth
Dear friend,
You’ve been circling something for a long time now.
A knowing. A whisper. A body-held truth that won’t let go.
You’ve tried to rationalize it, ignore it, outwork it, soften it, delay it, spiritualize it, justify staying exactly where you are.
But the truth doesn’t need to convince you.
It’s already in you. And it’s getting louder.
You know the one I mean—that truth in your bloodstream.
The one that makes your stomach churn when you betray it. The one that flutters in your chest when you speak it aloud, even in a whisper no one hears but you.
The one that terrifies you not because it’s wrong, but because it would change everything.
I know how hard it is to land in your truth.
I know what it costs to name it. To live it. To stop orbiting what you almost had the courage to choose.
But I also know what it costs not to.
Because here’s what no one tells you when you trade your truth for approval, performance, or safety:
You don’t just lose time. You lose aliveness.
You lose the sound of your own voice.
You lose the anchor in your belly that says this is who I am, even when the world misunderstands.
And when enough people do that—when enough of us deny what’s true in our own lives—we create a society where lies become the norm.
Where the loudest voice wins.
Where power over replaces power with.
Where justice is postponed.
Where truth becomes a commodity instead of a compass.
So let’s not pretend that living your truth is just a personal decision.
It’s a political one. It’s a spiritual one. It’s a social one.
It’s a world-building one.
Because when you return to your own body, your own clarity, your own yes and no—you contribute to a culture that tells the truth.
That stops chasing power.
That stops controlling each other.
That stops asking people to shrink or disappear or be more like you in order to belong.
When you stop orbiting your truth and finally land in it—you change more than just your own life.
You become part of a lineage of people who chose to live awake.
And the world needs more of us living awake.
So let this be the year you come home.
To your body. To your knowing.
To the truth that’s been waiting for you.
The world is aching for your wholeness.
And the truth? It’s never left.
Let it stir you. Let it steady you.
Let it lead you forward.
You already know what to do.
And if we each do the same—everything changes.
From my heart to yours,

Sit in Stillness
One hand on your chest. One on your belly. Breathe slowly, until you can hear what lives beneath the noise.Ask Your Body:
Where am I orbiting instead of landing?
What would shift if I gave truth permission to rise?
What becomes possible if I stop waiting to be ready—and start trusting I’m willing?
Track the Signs of Truth in Your Body:
Truth may flutter, but it never forces.
Truth may tremble, but it never gaslights.
Truth may scare you, but it never requires you to abandon yourself.
Let This Be the First Step
You don’t have to fix everything at once. You just have to tell the truth to yourself. That’s where liberation begins.
