We do too. You do not have to move through this landscape of grief alone.

The Grief Nudge meets you where you are, honors you and your unique loss, and offers a compassionate space to be seen, heard, and virtually held as you grieve, reflect, get quiet, or listen to how your grief is nudging you forward.

We begin by lighting a candle for your loss.

From there, we listen to your grief and what it has to share with you.

When grief receives breathing space, it moves.

—Reflect and share as you’d like; there is no pressure here

—Express what you long to express

—Ask the questions you long to ask

—Sit in silence and allow the emotions to move within you

—Be lovingly witnessed, which is widely known to expand our healing

—Listen to how your body is holding and/or processing your loss

—Practice somatic exercises specifically for grief, heartbreak, and energetic heaviness to better support your nervous system as you move forward in healing

Grief is simply love with nowhere to go.

So let’s give it space to breathe.
